HR Recruiter

Overview

Adiyogi Agro Equipments Private Limited is seeking experienced HR professionals for the roles of Senior HR Recruiter and HR Recruiter. These positions focus on recruitment and onboarding, employee relations and engagement, training and development, as well as exit processes and offboarding. The role bridges management and employees to ensure strategic alignment with business goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Collaborate with department leaders to prepare detailed job descriptions.
• Manage onboarding and induction programs for new employees ensuring smooth integration.
• Handle employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive organizational culture.
• Design and organize employee engagement initiatives such as team-building and celebratory events.
• Conduct stay and exit interviews to enhance retention efforts.
• Identify training needs, coordinate skill development activities, and deliver training compliance sessions related to workplace ethics, safety, and labor regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Ideal candidates will have between 1 to 5+ years of experience in human resources.
• Preference for backgrounds in agriculture equipment, fertilizers, beverage, brewery, distillery, manufacturing, or production sectors.
• Prior focus on non-IT recruitment is essential.
• Educational requirement: Any graduate or diploma holder.

Performance Indicators

• Recruitment Efficiency measured by speed of filling vacancies.
• Employee Retention Rate improvements.
• Effectiveness and frequency of training sessions executed.

Additional Details

• Employment type: Full-time, Work From Office, six-day work week.
• Work location: SMV Layout, Ullal, Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
