Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to oversee and manage the complete recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, ensuring a seamless and effective hiring process that aligns with the organization's goals.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advertise job vacancies across multiple recruitment platforms and social media channels.
- Identify suitable candidates through screening and shortlisting based on role requirements.
- Conduct telephonic initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Issue offer letters to selected candidates promptly.
- Facilitate onboarding procedures and joining formalities smoothly.
- Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities, candidate databases, and reporting metrics.
- Ensure recruitment targets are met within specified deadlines.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Age between 25 to 35 years.
- Open to all genders.
- Must hold a graduate degree.
- Basic proficiency in English.
- At least one year of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Skills Needed
- Expertise in talent acquisition techniques.
- Experience with employee onboarding processes.
- Knowledge of recruitment advertising strategies.
- Proficient in candidate evaluation and selection methods including resume review and phone screening.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain recruitment records and reports.
Compensation and Benefits
The remuneration package includes a fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 with an additional incentive up to ₹10,000 based on performance. Additional benefits comprise overtime pay, an annual bonus, ESIC coverage, opportunities for professional growth, and a friendly work environment.

Shift timing is during the day with a full-time commitment expected.
