HR Recruiter - Healthcare Recruitment for GCC Countries

Role Overview

We seek a dedicated HR Recruiter to handle comprehensive recruitment processes for Doctors, Nurses, and Allied Health Professionals targeting healthcare institutions across the GCC region. The position encompasses talent identification, candidate evaluation, coordination with clients, managing interviews, and fostering strong relationships with hiring managers within healthcare settings.

Key Duties

• Recruit healthcare professionals including Doctors, Nurses, and Allied Health staff throughout GCC countries
• Source, assess, and shortlist qualified candidates in the healthcare sector
• Establish and maintain partnerships with healthcare facility managers and hiring authorities
• Organize interviews, assessments, job offers, and onboarding procedures
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records efficiently
• Coordinate licensing requirements such as DHA, DOH, MOH, SHA and other regulatory bodies across the GCC
• Ensure candidate verification complies with Professional Qualification Requirements (PQR) and GCC eligibility standards
• Keep current with recruitment trends and regulatory changes in the GCC healthcare domain
