Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying hiring needs, preparing job descriptions, sourcing suitable candidates, conducting interviews, and selecting ideal employees to fill open positions
• Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, document management, and training on company values and job-specific duties
• Designing and implementing training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills, imparting new knowledge, and preparing staff for future leadership roles through succession planning
• Collaborating with management to establish employee objectives, monitor performance, offer constructive feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews
• Developing equitable and competitive compensation packages, managing payroll, and administering benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid leave to attract and retain talent
• Serving as a mediator in workplace disputes, fostering a positive corporate culture, and ensuring employees feel valued, safe, and heard
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations at federal, state, and local levels to prevent legal complications, including those related to wage standards, workplace safety, equal opportunity, and employee rights
