About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team and take ownership of the complete recruitment lifecycle within the organization. This role involves identifying and engaging potential candidates, conducting interviews, and assessing their suitability. You will also handle job advertisement updates and perform background verifications. The position provides a monthly in-hand salary between ₹10,000 and ₹20,000, along with opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and revise job descriptions to accurately reflect role requirements.
- Proactively source and connect with candidates through various online platforms.
- Screen resumes effectively, carry out interviews, and evaluate test results to select qualified individuals.
- Promote job openings on different job portals and social media channels.
- Shortlist candidates and work closely with hiring managers to understand and plan for future recruitment needs.
Job Requirements
- Must hold a postgraduate degree with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with resume databases along with excellent verbal and written communication skills is essential.
- Expertise in sourcing methods and sound decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to work six days a week.
