About the Role
Continental Mercantile Corporation Pvt Ltd is looking for a proficient HR Officer to join their team in Vadodara, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing resumes through social media platforms and possess strong communication and computer capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for seeking and collecting CVs primarily from Instagram and Facebook. Effective communication with applicants is essential to assess their skills accurately. Coordination for the completion of their documentation will also be a core part of the role.
Qualifications and Skills
Outstanding communication skills coupled with solid computer literacy are the critical skills needed for this position.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a monthly salary between 20,000 and 30,000 INR. In addition to the fixed salary, employees are eligible for incentives as part of their remuneration package.
