Role Summary

Primary Duties
- Oversee recruitment processes and coordinate new employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate records of employee information, attendance, payroll, and leave management.
- Ensure HR policies are properly documented and updated.
- Assist with daily HR functions and staff-related coordination tasks.
- Facilitate effective communication within the organization and help maintain workplace discipline.
- Work closely with management on hiring and employee-related matters.
- Provide support in placement activities and maintain external coordination as needed.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 20,000 and 25,000 INR.
