HR Executive

About the Role

We seek a knowledgeable and proactive HR Executive to oversee recruitment and HR functions across our group companies based in Delhi NCR, with occasional travel required. The position entails handling the full recruitment cycle, collaborating with department heads, maintaining employee records, and facilitating smooth onboarding and operational HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for all group businesses.
• Source, evaluate, interview, and shortlist candidates effectively.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and management teams.
• Post job advertisements on various hiring platforms and social media channels.
• Oversee employee onboarding and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Maintain records of attendance, leave, and other employee data.
• Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and formulation of HR policies.
• Liaise with payroll and accounts departments regarding employee documentation.
• Develop and sustain a strong pipeline for future talent acquisition.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal company policies.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and performance appraisal processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR management software.
• Capability to manage simultaneous recruitment assignments.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
• Experience recruiting across diverse industries is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
