About the Role
We are seeking a diligent HR Executive to oversee daily HR activities and provide support to employees throughout the organization. This role is the primary contact for HR-related matters and aims to foster a favorable employee environment.
Responsibilities
- Managing recruitment activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and collaborating with hiring managers.
- Handling onboarding and offboarding processes such as joining formalities, documentation, induction, and exit procedures.
- Maintaining employee records, tracking attendance and leave, and managing HRMS data.
- Supporting payroll by coordinating salary inputs, reimbursements, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Organizing employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs.
- Implementing HR policies and ensuring adherence to labor laws.
- Resolving employee grievances and addressing queries promptly.
Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in HR, BBA, or preferably an MBA.
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Executive.
- Fundamental knowledge of labor laws, payroll processing, and HRMS systems.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HR software or CRM tools.

- Experience working in a dynamic startup or fast-paced environment.
- A positive, problem-solving attitude along with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
