Role overview
This is a part-time remote HR Coordinator position supporting the human resources functions of the Bar Council of India. The role is focused on helping manage employee-related processes, maintaining records, and assisting with everyday HR operations in a distributed work environment.
Key duties
You will help with recruitment support, onboarding coordination, document handling, employee record maintenance, and policy implementation. The position also includes answering HR queries, supporting benefits administration, assisting with compliance requirements, preparing reports, and working with internal teams to improve employee experience and overall organizational efficiency.
Qualifications and skills
The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of HR and HR management principles, along with familiarity with personnel management and HR policies.
