Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

- Forge and sustain robust relationships with clients to thoroughly comprehend their staffing needs and devise tailored recruitment solutions.
- Perform candidate screening, assessment, and interviews to secure the best role fit.
- Keep candidate and client information updated in the applicant tracking system.
- Work alongside internal teams to enhance recruitment workflows and improve candidate experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market shifts, and competitor recruitment tactics to fine-tune strategies.
- Support employer branding efforts aimed at diversifying candidate pools.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients and management to inform recruitment status and challenges.
