  • Experience in operational settings like manufacturing or distribution is favorable.
  • Ability to effectively train and support the use of HR technologies and digital tools, focusing on user adoption and experience.
  • Strong partnership-building skills with business leaders and expertise in managing employee relations and workplace investigations.
  • Excellent coaching and influencing capabilities in guiding leaders through complex personnel challenges.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $67,600 to $118,400 annually, with final pay based on experience, qualifications, and location.
