HR Analyst

Overview

We are seeking an HR Analyst to join a partner company of Haystack, based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. This role focuses on the administration and compliance of employee benefit programs with an emphasis on US retirement plans and employee wellness.

Primary Responsibilities

• Administer US retirement plans including handling funding, managing file submissions, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance standards are met.
• Manage relationships and Service Level Agreements with various benefits vendors.
• Maintain the benefits compliance calendar for timely and accurate completion of all mandated activities.
• Act as the escalation contact for complex benefit-related issues, resolving queries within the scope of program guidelines.
• Drive benefits integration for companies acquired through mergers or acquisitions.
• Oversee Leave and ADA requests in collaboration with HR Business Partners to guarantee alignment with legal obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of four years of experience in Human Resources focusing on employee benefits and wellness programs, or equivalent education and experience.
• Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) platforms preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of benefit-related legislation including COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, ADA, and FMLA.
• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
