Role Overview
As a Floor Supervisor, you will ensure every guest room is impeccably cleaned and ready to provide an exceptional experience for our visitors. You will serve as the essential liaison between your team, the housekeeping floors you manage, and the front desk, responding promptly to queries and ensuring smooth operations. Your passion for interacting with guests and dedication to delivering excellence will be pivotal to creating memorable stays.
