Role Overview

The Wordsworth Inn in Grasmere is preparing for its opening and seeks enthusiastic team members to join this sizeable, food-focused establishment featuring 55 bedrooms and extensive dining spaces both indoors and outdoors. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute from the very start toward establishing the inn as a premium hospitality destination.

Responsibilities

• Maintain immaculate cleanliness of guest rooms following high company standards.
• Ensure that public areas are consistently clean, inviting, and well-presented.
• Promptly identify and report any maintenance issues to uphold guest safety and comfort.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines during all housekeeping operations.
• Manage stock levels of linen, towels, and in-room supplies efficiently.
• Support the overall goal of creating memorable and positive guest experiences.
