Role Responsibilities

• Greet guests with consistent professionalism and warmth while delivering engaging service.
• Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding food and beverage menus in an informative manner.
• Adhere to the outlet's established policies, procedures, and standards of service.
• Comply with all food and beverage safety and sanitation protocols during handling.

Candidate Requirements

• Maintain a calm, courteous demeanor with a strong focus on guest needs at all times.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and effective problem-solving capabilities.
• Function efficiently under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate well within team settings to ensure smooth operations.
• Previous experience with Micros or similar point-of-sale systems is required.
• Proficient English language skills at an advanced level are mandatory.
