Job Overview

The position of Home Loan Executive involves spearheading sales efforts to generate leads for home loans within the local market of Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. The role demands proactive engagement with various channels such as DSAs (Direct Selling Agents), connectors, and builders to acquire prospective clients and facilitate the home loan process.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and generate home loan leads from open markets and partnerships including DSAs, builders, and connectors.
• Engage directly with clients to verify documentation, manage file processing, and coordinate loan sanction and disbursement procedures.
• Maintain strict oversight of lead quality and ensure efficient conversion rates to meet sales targets.
• Uphold compliance with all applicable legal regulations related to loan processing and sales activities.
• Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with builders, DSAs, and connector associations to facilitate loan implementation and partnerships.
• Coordinate closely with the Loan Processing Centre to monitor and ensure timely loan disbursements.
• Build and sustain positive client relations aimed at repeat business and referral opportunities.
• Initiate and execute sales strategies to accomplish or surpass assigned targets.

Required Expertise

• Strong familiarity with home loan products and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of the local real estate market potential.

Experience and Education

• Preferably around 1 year of experience in related sales or home loan domain.
• Minimum educational qualification of Higher Secondary (12th grade).
