Key Responsibilities

• Load delivery vans safely with appropriate attention to heavy lifting and manual handling protocols.
• Adhere strictly to safe driving practices to ensure safety on the road.
• Conduct thorough van checks before driving.
• Ensure food deliveries arrive in excellent condition, maintaining quality and safety.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, representing Iceland as the company’s face during customer interactions.
• Assist in-store duties as required to support the team.
• Work independently, managing your schedule and time effectively.
• Be flexible with shift patterns, which may vary between early morning (6am) and late evening (11pm).

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for a minimum of 3 years, with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Exhibit a positive, friendly demeanor and a strong passion for delivering excellent customer experience.
• Demonstrate punctuality and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Have a keen awareness and commitment to road safety.
