Position Overview

Seeking an Accreditation and Regulatory Consultant specializing in Hospital and Home Health services to lead Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) compliance efforts. This role involves managing safety standards and regulatory adherence within healthcare settings located in Virginia Beach, VA, and extending support to facilities in North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise EHS Specialists to guarantee compliance with applicable safety and regulatory standards.
• Ensure healthcare operations consistently follow safety protocols and regulatory frameworks.
• Facilitate accreditation procedures and support meeting regulatory mandates effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Safety, or closely related field.
• At least five years of professional experience in safety training, familiarity with regulatory agency requirements, and exposure to healthcare operational environments.
• In-depth understanding of healthcare safety regulations and compliance measures.
• Strong leadership capability paired with excellent communication skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
