Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:

• Substantial experience in luxury or fine dining hospitality roles.
• Prior service at Head Waiter, Senior Waiter, or similar senior frontline positions.
• A passionate commitment to offering outstanding guest experiences.
• A proactive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset.
• The ability and confidence to lead and support during busy service shifts.
• An ambition to progress into management positions.
• Excellent personal presentation, communication, and service skills.
• Experience in high-volume restaurants is a plus, but not mandatory.
