About the Role
We are seeking an experienced programme leader to spearhead and clarify complex transformation efforts for a London-based Housing Association. This pivotal role involves shaping and delivering a diverse portfolio of business change initiatives, ensuring governance compliance, alignment with organizational priorities, and delivering impactful benefits for both customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of strategic transformation programmes throughout the organization.
- Manage and nurture a high-performing team dedicated to programme delivery.
- Oversee programme governance, assurance, and reporting within a complex portfolio.
- Handle programme risks, interdependencies, financial budgets, and escalation procedures.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear expectations.
- Contribute to business case development, benefits realization, and ongoing improvements in programme processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Extensive experience managing complex transformation programmes in large organizations.
- Proven track record in leading and growing programme or project delivery teams.
- Deep knowledge of programme governance, assurance frameworks, and portfolio management.
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence and engage senior leaders, offering both support and constructive challenges.
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on involvement to effectively remove obstacles and assist teams.
Experience in the housing sector is preferred but candidates from similarly complex and regulated industries are encouraged to apply.

- Salary Range: 85,000 to 93,000 annually.
