Role Overview

The Head of Operations will serve as the operational cornerstone of CarbonChain, ensuring the seamless execution of company-wide initiatives, strategic cohesion, and the development of scalable infrastructure. Reporting directly to the CEO, this leader will collaborate with heads of product, engineering, sales, and customer success to boost organizational efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert broad company strategies into actionable operational plans, set KPIs, and define measurable objectives.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team on setting company OKRs, preparing board materials, and managing investor communications.
