About Humanoid
Humanoid is building a future where robots expand what people can achieve. The company’s goal is to create humanoid robots that are highly capable, commercially viable at scale, and safe to deploy. Its HMND-01 Alpha platform is already operating in live industrial pilot environments, and the team is expanding to advance that work further.
Role Overview
This position leads Humanoid’s commercial growth across the Middle East and North Africa, with an immediate emphasis on Saudi Arabia and the GCC. The role focuses on establishing the company’s regional footprint, creating strong customer relationships, and accelerating adoption of humanoid robotics across enterprise, industrial, logistics, manufacturing, government, and public-sector accounts.
The successful candidate will define and drive the regional go-to-market plan, build and manage the sales pipeline, create strategic partnerships, and represent the company to senior executives, sovereign entities, and industry decision-makers. In close collaboration with the leadership team, this role is central to making MENA one of the company’s most significant growth regions.
Responsibilities
- Set and deliver the commercial plan for the MENA region, beginning with Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
- Develop, track, and advance the regional pipeline from first contact through signed agreement.
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, public-sector stakeholders, sovereign wealth funds, ministries, and large enterprise clients.
- Negotiate commercial deals, pilot deployments, strategic collaborations, and early pre-orders for the robotics platform.
- Spot and pursue high-value opportunities in manufacturing, logistics, automotive, energy, healthcare, defence, and smart city sectors.
- Create strong business cases and return-on-investment models that help customers move forward faster.
- Represent the company in executive discussions, industry gatherings, and high-stakes customer meetings across the region.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams so customer insights inform product direction and commercial strategy.
- Own revenue goals for the region, including forecasting and overall commercial performance.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of commercial leadership experience in robotics, automation, industrial technology, AI, or advanced manufacturing.
- Proven ability to build and scale enterprise sales across the Middle East, especially in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
- Track record of successfully selling complex technical solutions to enterprise, government, or sovereign buyers.
- A strong network across major regional organisations, including enterprises, public-sector bodies, and strategic partners.
- Experience managing strategic partnerships and long, multi-party sales processes.
- Strong business judgment, with ownership of revenue targets, forecasting, and commercial planning.
- Excellent executive presence, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort working independently in a fast-moving early-stage environment and building new markets from the ground up.
