What You Will Do

• Formulate and implement Gallagher's enterprise-wide strategy, roadmap, and operational framework for data, AI, and analytics.
• Establish and advance enterprise data governance, quality control, and stewardship practices throughout the organization.
• Lead the development and enhancement of modern cloud data platforms including Azure, Databricks, SAP, and Power BI environments.
• Promote the integration of AI, advanced analytics, and data science methods to achieve impactful business results.
• Collaborate with business leaders to derive value from trusted insights, reports, and predictive analytics.
• Advocate for responsible use of AI, maintaining strong governance, ethical standards, and compliance with regulations.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing Data, AI & Analytics team, while building enterprise-wide data capabilities.
• Continuously enhance data maturity, platform reliability, and overall decision-making within Gallagher.

You possess a strategic mindset combined with technical expertise and commercial insight. You have experience developing enterprise data capabilities from foundational levels, implementing governance structures, platforms, and fostering a culture that converts data into a competitive edge.

Your leadership is proven in complex multinational organizations, particularly in delivering enterprise data strategies, governance frameworks, and transformative projects. You understand the balance of technology and business value and excel in engaging stakeholders, leading teams, and ensuring responsible AI application.

Your Expertise

• Extensive leadership experience in enterprise data, analytics, or AI within a complex global setting.
• Demonstrated success in driving enterprise data strategy, governance, and large-scale transformations.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure data services, Databricks, Lakehouse architectures, SAP data systems, and Power BI.
• Experience establishing frameworks for data governance, quality assurance, metadata management, and stewardship.
• Solid understanding of AI technologies, advanced analytics, and frameworks for responsible AI governance.
• Strong commercial acumen to realise value from data and technology investments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
