About the Role

Bunsen is seeking a seasoned and commercially astute Head of Brand & Growth to spearhead marketing efforts across Bunsen, Una, and upcoming ventures. This senior leadership position entails developing and directing the marketing division to bolster business expansion and meet sales objectives. The role demands a balance between strategic oversight and daily operations within a fast-moving and evolving company environment. Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute comprehensive annual marketing strategies aligning with the overarching business goals and revenue targets for the Bunsen and Una brands.
• Establish, structure, and enhance the marketing team and its functions, implementing robust processes, reporting systems, and fostering staff development.
• Lead, guide, and mentor marketing personnel to ensure focus, responsibility, and growth opportunities.
• Oversee the marketing budgets for multiple brands, ensuring effective spend allocation and return on investment.
• Drive campaigns and oversee content and social media, shaping brand identity both digitally and within physical restaurant settings.
• Interpret campaign results, customer feedback, and sales data to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate closely with operations, finance, management, and company founders to ensure marketing activities align with business priorities.
• Maintain and cultivate strong partnerships with external agencies, creative teams, suppliers, and production entities.
• Ensure consistent brand presentation across all customer contact points including online platforms, packaging, physical venues, signage, websites, and communications.
• Support initiatives such as new product launches, openings, refurbishments, and other business growth opportunities.
• Contribute to brand evolution by assisting in the development of new food and beverage concepts from inception through to operational success.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 8 years in a senior branding role, preferably in retail, food and beverage, hospitality, or event sectors, with a proven record in building brands beyond just managing campaigns.
• Experience in leading and nurturing marketing teams, including department scaling and process implementation.
• Strong commercial insight with a history of meeting sales and business goals and managing budgets for optimized marketing ROI.
• Creative mindset with acute attention to design and swift execution capabilities; passion for food, hospitality, and cultural trends advantageous.
• Curious and experimental approach with a test-and-learn attitude.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations and excited about shaping a newly defined role in a dynamic growth business.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities managing multiple priorities.
• Proven track record overseeing external agencies, service providers, and creative partnerships.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, or Canva is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Enjoys collaborating closely with company founders in a fast-paced environment.

• Competitive salary ranging €70000 to €90000 annually.
