Job Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspection tours and monitor general order.
• Identify damages, secure affected areas, and initiate immediate corrective actions.
• Receive and manage reports.
• Perform simple craftsman tasks across various trades both indoors and outdoors.
• Manage external contractors.
• Maintain and clean outdoor areas.
• Carry out winter services such as snow removal.
