Overview
We are looking for a skilled Handyman Service Professional to become a part of our team. The ideal candidate will handle maintenance and repairs of residential properties, facilities, and equipment efficiently and effectively.
Key Duties
- Carry out general upkeep including painting, carpentry, and plumbing fixes.
- Inspect equipment and diagnose any operational faults.
- Fix or replace broken fixtures as needed.
- Perform routine checks to detect maintenance requirements.
- Execute all assigned tasks promptly and with high quality.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- At least 5 years' experience as a handyman; 10 years preferred.
- Skilled in tool and equipment use for maintenance tasks.
- Basic electrical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot using an Ohmmeter is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License is mandatory.
Employment Details
This is a full-time position involving an 8-hour work shift with work primarily performed on the road.
Compensation and Benefits
- Weekly pay ranges from $1100 to $1500.
