Position Location
This role is based at Al Najada Doha Hotel By Tivoli in Doha, Qatar.
Role Overview
The Guest Service Agent serves as a frontline representative, providing expert and courteous service to guests. Responsibilities involve handling reservations, warmly welcoming and registering guests, delivering excellent customer service throughout their stay, and processing guest accounts at checkout.
Key Accountabilities
- Efficiently managing all guest inquiries, requests, and feedback to ensure an exceptional experience.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Demonstrated strong commitment to customer service excellence.
- Prior experience in front office operations within the hotel industry is advantageous.
- Proficient communication skills with mandatory fluency in English.
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with current Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.
