About Pan Afrodigital
Pan Afrodigital is an educational technology platform dedicated to improving access to hands-on, industry-relevant skills for African youths, women, entrepreneurs, and business leaders. Established in 2018 by Trust Nhokovedzo, an alumnus of the Pan African University, the organization aims to equip professionals and startups to succeed within the digital economy. It offers both online and offline skills training designed to meet actual business and career demands, empowering learners with vital digital competencies to boost employability, innovation, and global competitiveness.
Role Overview
The Growth & Marketing Associate role is a permanent, hybrid position located in Harare, Zimbabwe, allowing flexible remote work options. The primary responsibility is to increase user acquisition and engagement through the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various digital and traditional channels.
Key Duties
- Conducting comprehensive market research and analyzing audience data to uncover growth opportunities.
- Supporting the creation of marketing content and managing social media outreach.
- Coordinating events and promotional activities to expand the learner and partner base.
- Collaborating closely with sales and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and aligned offers.
- Monitoring campaign performance metrics, preparing analytical reports, and tracking project timelines.
- Contributing to ongoing enhancements in marketing and growth approaches through data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to present ideas effectively to a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Experience in market research, including audience segmentation and campaign planning, with knowledge of digital marketing channels.
- Sales capabilities such as lead generation, relationship cultivation, and converting prospects into learners, partners, or clients.
- Project management proficiency, including task organization, timeline management, and coordinating across departments.
- Additional advantageous experience includes familiarity with EdTech or educational sectors, understanding African startups and SMEs ecosystems, analytical and data-focused decision making, and competency with prevalent marketing software and CRM tools.
- A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related disciplines is preferred along with prior experience in roles centered on growth, marketing, or sales.
