The Opportunity
This founding growth role seeks a versatile full-stack growth marketer capable of generating demand and facilitating conversions. This individual will manage comprehensive growth efforts spanning paid advertising, email marketing, SEO, and broader marketing activities, maintaining close involvement with funnel progression to drive actual sales. Success in this role requires a charismatic operator adept at running campaigns and assisting in closing generated business.
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement omni-channel growth strategies, including paid advertisements, email marketing campaigns, and SEO initiatives.
- Design, test, and refine end-to-end demand generation campaigns to maximize impact.
- Monitor growth metrics and analyze results to identify successful tactics and areas for improvement.
- Directly engage with prospective customers to convert leads into closed deals.
- Collaborate closely with company founders to establish and achieve growth objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in marketing or go-to-market roles, with emphasis on omni-channel marketing.
- Practical skills in growth marketing, specifically across email, paid advertisements, and SEO.
- Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging prospective clients directly, including phone communication.
- High drive and exceptional follow-up capabilities.
- Experience in an early-stage startup environment (Series B or before) is advantageous.
