Growth Manager (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Growth Manager to join our client's team on a full-time remote basis, focusing on driving scalable growth activities across the platform to improve user acquisition, retention, and monetization efforts. The position entails strategic planning, collaboration across departments, and utilizing data-driven insights to optimize platform performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategies to boost user growth including acquisition, retention, and monetization.
• Examine platform metrics and user behavior to uncover optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to deploy growth initiatives.
• Oversee paid customer acquisition campaigns and make adjustments to maximize ROI across digital marketing channels.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators to relevant stakeholders on a routine basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven success in growth marketing or user acquisition roles.
• Competence with data analytics tools such as SQL and Google Analytics or equivalent platforms.
• Experience employing A/B testing techniques and experimentation frameworks for optimization.
• Strong organizational and project management aptitude allowing prioritization of projects effectively.
• Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.

Compensation

The annual compensation ranges from $130,000 to $170,000.
