This full-time, on-site role demands an entrepreneurial spirit to craft compelling AI narratives and build a strong brand identity within the competitive European AI startup landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead brand strategy and refine Merantix Capital's voice and market positioning within the European AI ecosystem.
• Create and disseminate insightful, provocative content in both English and German to establish the firm’s thought leadership.
• Develop and implement community engagement strategies that convert passive followers into active advocates.
• Plan and manage comprehensive event programs that attract and connect AI founders, operators, and investors.
• Oversee public relations, external communications, and marketing channels with significant independence and adapt quickly based on feedback.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced Berlin-based community builder with a demonstrated history of growing audiences or brands from the ground up.
• A former founder, early-stage operator, or content creator skilled at expanding reach and distribution.
• Bilingual in German (professional fluency, minimum C1 level) and English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Passionate about AI, technology, and the European startup ecosystem.
• Self-motivated executor thriving in a partner-led, autonomy-rich, low-ego environment.
