Position Overview

The Teen Expansion Group Leader is tasked with the direct oversight, mentorship, and safety assurance of youth participants. This role involves creating a welcoming, engaging, and mentally stimulating atmosphere that encourages participant growth. By fostering positive relationships, the leader aids in the participants’ social, emotional, and academic progress through targeted activities and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate daily youth programming to ensure active engagement.
• Assist program specialists in delivering successful program outcomes.
• Provide supervision, direction, and mentorship to program assistants and volunteers.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and intellectually stimulating environment for all participants.

Schedule and Compensation

This is a seasonal part-time position requiring 19 hours weekly with varying shifts from Sunday through Saturday. The hourly wage is set at 19 dollars.
