Position Summary
This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates keen on launching their career within a rapidly expanding fintech firm. In the role of Graduate Business Operations Assistant, you will gain hands-on exposure to operations, administration, finance, and compliance sectors, acquiring vital commercial insights and a comprehensive understanding of a thriving financial services organization. From the beginning, you will assume meaningful responsibilities, engage in essential business activities, and contribute to impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support across various business departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in preparing reports, analyzing data, managing records, and conducting business administrative tasks.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of documentation and update internal systems regularly.
- Support teams in operations, finance, and compliance with routine and ad hoc duties.
- Participate in customer and business verification processes, including KYC and KYB procedures.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, compile reports, and manage information for management.
- Engage in initiatives aimed at process improvements and business development projects.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to help achieve organizational goals.
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks, executing them diligently and efficiently.
Candidate Requirements
- Recent graduate holding a degree in Business, Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, or similar fields.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive, proactive mindset coupled with eagerness to learn.
