Graduate Analyst, Enterprise Systems & Business Analytics

Role Overview

This is a 1-year contract opportunity with IHH Healthcare for a graduate analyst interested in enterprise systems, business analytics, and digital transformation. The position is suited to candidates who enjoy working with data, business applications, AI-enabled tools, and core enterprise processes.

The role offers practical exposure to regional reporting, ERP delivery, system improvements, and analytics work that supports teams across multiple countries in Asia. Candidates may be based in Singapore or Kuala Lumpur, depending on business requirements and local work eligibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the rollout, improvement, and upkeep of enterprise applications and reporting tools.
• Support ERP deployment, system upgrades, data migration, and integration work, including checking and reconciling data.
• Create and automate reporting workflows using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, and related digital tools.
• Prepare, review, and upload business data into enterprise systems such as Oracle ERP and CCH Tagetik.
• Help build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models that strengthen business decision-making.
• Review data quality, identify mismatches, and investigate issues to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Take part in system testing, user acceptance testing, and process improvement efforts.
• Work with regional stakeholders across Asia to manage data submissions and resolve system or data issues.
• Support additional analytics, automation, and digital transformation projects as needed.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar field.
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• A strong analytical approach and interest in enterprise systems, data analytics, and digital technology.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, formulas, and data analysis.
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, SQL, Power Query, Python, Power Automate, or similar analytics and automation tools will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of databases, system integration, or data management concepts is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well across regional and cross-functional teams.
• Self-driven, quick to learn, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Must be eligible to work locally in either Singapore or Kuala Lumpur, depending on the chosen location and business needs.

Work Location

The role can be based in either Singapore or Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The successful candidate will be employed locally in the selected country, subject to business needs and eligibility to work there.

Contract Details

This is a 1-year fixed-term contract position.
