Key Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering teams to design, train, and enhance generative AI models for tasks such as text generation and image synthesis.
• Research the latest AI algorithms and frameworks to introduce innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Manage large datasets by preprocessing and analyzing data to derive actionable insights that guide model development.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to align AI projects with business objectives and integrate solutions effectively.
• Engage in code reviews and uphold high standards for software quality and best AI/ML development practices.
• Document project progress thoroughly and present research and development insights to foster shared knowledge within the team.

Candidate Profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
• Proficient programming skills in Python and experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Solid understanding of machine learning principles, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.
• Familiarity with data processing libraries like Pandas, NumPy and visualization tools such as Matplotlib or Seaborn is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with genuine enthusiasm for AI technologies.
• Effective communication skills with an ability to thrive in team-oriented environments.
