Position Overview

This full-time General Practitioner role is based in Riyadh and offers a hybrid working model, combining on-site duties with opportunities to work remotely depending on clinical and administrative requirements. The practitioner will deliver primary healthcare services to trainees and staff, including outpatient consultations, diagnosis, treatment, and management of both acute and long-term conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments and manage patient treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications appropriately and manage follow-up care.
• Collaborate with nursing and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records using electronic health systems.
• Lead health promotion initiatives, preventive care activities, and vaccination campaigns.
• Participate in emergency response efforts for incidents occurring on-site.
• Provide health education and basic medical training to trainees and staff.
• Work in partnership with external healthcare providers and regulatory agencies as necessary.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Solid background in Medicine and Primary Care, with ability to assess, diagnose, and manage common health issues.
• Competence in Family Medicine, including preventive care and chronic disease management for diverse age groups.
• Experience collaborating with nursing staff to support patient care and follow-up.
• Interest or experience in educational roles related to health training.
• Holds a recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and a valid Saudi Arabian license or eligibility for one.
• Skilled in maintaining clear medical documentation and proficient with electronic health record software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills suited for a multicultural educational setting.
• Commitment to ethical medical practices, confidentiality, and compliance with local health and safety laws.
• Background in occupational health or experience in institutional healthcare settings is advantageous.
