Overview
We are looking for a seasoned and qualified Chartered Accountant to join our team within the Testing Analytics sector to lead and manage the Finance & Accounts division effectively. The role involves comprehensive oversight of financial operations, reporting, compliance, and team leadership.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure the company's bank statements align precisely with internal records and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Handle all banking-related activities and associated operational matters.
- Develop and maintain detailed cash flow statements and daily cash management through robust MIS systems.
- Manage the full Letter of Credit (LC) lifecycle, including issuance, modifications, and settlement processes.
- Oversee asset management to monitor company resources effectively.
- Prepare comprehensive financial presentations and reports for board and management meetings.
- Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheets along with associated financial documentation.
- Administer all tax-related responsibilities, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Ensure all tax entries are accurately recorded and maintained in the accounting system.
- Complete annual finalization of accounts and confirm all financial statements meet statutory and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate internal audit activities, respond to audit queries, and implement recommendations to strengthen financial controls.
- Maintain detailed accounting records compliant with audit and regulatory standards.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to facilitate efficient daily workflows and professional growth.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable financial regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate board meeting financial matters and collaborate closely with senior management and principals across a widespread international network.
Required Qualifications and Eligibility
- Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Proven experience in senior financial management roles within a relevant industry.
