Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer skilled in modern frontend frameworks such as Angular and React, along with backend expertise in Python and .NET Core. The role requires designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications using microservices architecture, while efficiently leveraging existing tools and frameworks to boost productivity. The position is based in Kharadi, Pune, and immediate or quick joiners are preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and sustain scalable, fullstack applications utilizing Angular, React JS, and TypeScript.
• Create robust backend services employing Python and .NET Core technologies.
• Architect and implement microservices ensuring high scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Work with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB for data storage, optimization, and query performance tuning.
• Integrate frontend and backend modules through RESTful APIs and web services effectively.
• Utilize existing tools, libraries, and reusable components to accelerate development and improve application quality.
• Engage collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams to collect requirements and derive technical solutions.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and fix issues affecting application performance and functionality.
• Maintain code quality standards by following best practices, conducting code reviews, and documenting thoroughly.
• Participate in deployment processes, testing activities, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and support post-release enhancements.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 7 years hands-on experience in fullstack development.
• Advanced knowledge of frontend technologies including Angular, React JS, and TypeScript.
• Proficient backend development skills with Python and .NET Core frameworks.
• Experience designing and working with microservices architectures and distributed systems.
• Capability in REST API design, integration, and development.
• Database expertise with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB, including optimization and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Deep understanding of scalable application architecture, design patterns, and maintainable codebases.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to write clean, maintainable code.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge and utilization of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with messaging systems including Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Awareness of performance monitoring and optimization tools.

Educational Requirements
