Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and standards at all times.
• Welcome customers with politeness and friendliness.
• Provide excellent customer service consistent with company guidelines.
• Use knives, saws, and commercial power equipment to cut and prepare various meat products for display.
• Stock meat products on shelves and maintain attractive merchandising displays according to company programs.
• Write orders, receive product shipments, and rotate stock appropriately.
• Fill product showcases and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas.

Candidate Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail meat cutting is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with various meat cuts is a valued asset; company-specific training will be provided to successful candidates.
• Ability to learn new skills quickly and to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly motivated individual with a strong team orientation.
