Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer specializing in AI native development based in Doha, Qatar. This position involves designing, constructing, and managing end-to-end software solutions using an agentic integrated development environment (IDE), specifically Vibe Coding, as the primary tool for development.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and deliver production-ready features across the full technology stack including modern UI frameworks, APIs, databases, and asynchronous workflow surfaces.
• Utilize Vibe Coding on a daily basis to engineer solutions within an agentic IDE environment.
• Conduct AI agent validation and uphold AI quality control by testing large language model-based and agentic systems with a focus on prompt and response verification, identifying hallucinations and biases, and ensuring safety and guardrail compliance.
• Design and implement workflows that integrate AI-first applications such as large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and agents to enable meaningful system testing.

Required Qualifications and Expertise

• Proven experience in full-stack development shipping production features inclusive of modern React or Next.js user interfaces, typed RPC or REST APIs, robust database schema design, query optimization, and asynchronous workflow implementation.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Vibe Coding as the agentic IDE.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript with ability to write database migrations and analyze relational database aspects such as query plans, indexing, and locking behavior.
• Knowledge in AI agent testing methodologies including evaluation datasets, ground-truth comparisons, and AI evaluation frameworks.
