Role Overview

This opportunity is available at an independently owned and operated franchise or affiliate store location. As a Cashier, you will play a key role in delivering professional and friendly service to customers, ensuring efficient and accurate transaction processing while contributing to a welcoming shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by efficiently processing transactions that fulfill customer requirements.
• Accurately manage and maintain the cash drawer in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Operate the Customer Service Desk for lottery sales, customer refunds, bottle returns, and handle inquiries following established protocols.
• Maintain merchandise in the Front End Department to ensure a tidy and attractive display.
• Assist in training junior team members to uphold service standards.
• Strictly adhere to and enforce all applicable company standards and procedures.
• Provide support to other departments as needed by performing various duties.

Required Qualifications

• Basic numeracy skills essential for handling cash and transactions.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
