Job Summary

We are looking for a personable and well-organized Front Desk Agent to become a key member of our team at The Cove Rotana Resort in Ras Al Khaimah. As the first point of contact for our guests, the successful candidate will deliver excellent customer service while managing check-in and check-out procedures smoothly.
