Job Details and Responsibilities

• Engage potential customers via telephone for health insurance sales.
• Maintain professionalism with clarity and confidence in spoken Tamil and basic communication in English.
• Meet sales targets as per position requirements.

Eligibility and Experience

• Open to freshers for Junior Telecaller roles.
• Senior Telecaller candidates should have at least 1 year of telesales experience.
• Team Leader applicants must possess a minimum of 2 years telesales experience.
• Both graduates and non-graduates are eligible to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

• Freshers receive a fixed monthly salary of ₹16,000-18,000 plus incentives.
• Experienced telecallers earn ₹18,000-20,000 monthly plus incentives.
• Team Leaders receive ₹25,000-30,000 plus incentives.
• Work schedule is day shift from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM with weekly Sunday off.
• Seven days of free training provided.
