Job Overview

HomeVista Decor and Furnishings Private Limited, known as HomeLane, is a prominent Bengaluru-based company specializing in interior design and manufacturing, seeking a Freelance Design Partner for their Kolkata location. This role focuses on delivering modular design solutions and managing customer projects in residential settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to understand their design requirements and preferences.
• Develop comprehensive space planning and modular design concepts tailored to client needs.
• Create professional design presentations and detailed, production-ready drawings.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the duration of each project.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of three years of experience in residential interior design.
• Diploma or degree qualification in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Proficient in SketchUp and other relevant design software tools.
• A portfolio showcasing at least six completed projects along with three client references.
• Availability to work on weekends (both Saturdays and Sundays) at the showroom.
• Possession of a personal laptop capable of running design software such as SketchUp Pro.
• Completion of HomeLane's induction and SC Pro training courses.
• This is a freelance role and does not involve full-time employment.
