BJAK was founded in 2019 with the vision that people deserve smarter solutions to manage their finances, encompassing planning, saving, and growth. We pioneered the first mobile-oriented insurance platform, simplifying online insurance access for millions in Southeast Asia. Now we are broadening our offerings to help people in the region with spending, saving, investing, exchanging, traveling, and more, aiming to help customers maximize returns from their money daily.

Our diverse global team consists of over 20 nationalities working both remotely and from offices. The Role

As a Founder's Associate, you will collaborate with core teams tackling the most impactful projects across engineering, product development, hiring, operations, and business growth. As BJAK expands, you will confront new challenges, enhance capabilities, and spearhead execution wherever it delivers significant value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive top-priority projects across the business spectrum.
• Partner with leadership to address and resolve complex business and product issues.
• Develop new teams, processes, and organizational capacities as the company scales.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives from initial planning stages through to successful completion.
• Investigate new markets, product ideas, and potential business ventures.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical improvements.
• Own projects end-to-end and ensure meaningful contributions to business objectives.

Additional Details

• This position is fully remote but restricted to candidates currently residing in Singapore, as it focuses on this market.
• English fluency is mandatory as it is the primary language used across our global teams.

Interview Process
