Food & Beverage Attendant Grade 2

Role Overview

We are seeking Food & Beverage Attendants to join our dedicated team at RACV Torquay, a prime location at the start of Victoria's Great Ocean Road. This role involves providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and greeting customers warmly.
• Sharing comprehensive menu knowledge and explaining items to guests.
• Taking and processing customer orders efficiently.
• Coordinating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Setting up and clearing tables promptly to maintain a clean environment.
• Engaging positively with guests to enhance their visit.

Work Schedule

Work rosters are provided two weeks in advance, allowing consistent scheduling. Candidates should be available for 3 to 5 shifts per week, including evenings and weekends.

Candidate Profile

• Experience working in dynamic, customer-focused food and beverage venues.
• Bar and Barista skills are highly regarded.
• A true passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service.
• Possession of a current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
• Strong communication abilities paired with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with both guests and colleagues.
