About The Job

We seek compassionate, dependable, and energetic caregivers to deliver in-home childcare for families Monday through Friday, on an as-needed basis. Our clients include children from infants up to those in school, offering both full and part-time positions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, quality care within the family’s home
• Engage children using age-appropriate activities
• Ensure a safe, positive, and structured atmosphere
• Support routines such as meals, naps, and playtime
• Maintain open and effective communication with families and agency staff

Requirements

• Experience caring for children of various age ranges
• Reliable, professional, and nurturing demeanor
• Flexibility to accommodate varying as-needed schedules
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to acquire them
• Successful completion of background screening
