About the Role

Milesef Fire Safety & Security Pvt. Ltd., based in Navi Mumbai, specializes in fire safety and security services for hospitals, industrial sites, and commercial locations. We are currently seeking dedicated Firemen for a reputed hospital client situated in Wadala, Mumbai. This position involves vigilant monitoring and safeguarding of patients, staff, and visitors from potential fire hazards daily.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct routine fire patrols and inspections to detect fire risks around the hospital premises.
• Perform regular maintenance and verification of fire safety equipment such as extinguishers, hydrants, hose reels, sprinkler setups, and alarm systems.
• Keep detailed daily records, checklists, and inspection logs of all fire safety apparatus and observations.
• React promptly and efficiently to fire alarms and emergency events according to the hospital's emergency protocols.
• Assist in organizing and executing fire drills, evacuation procedures, and promote fire safety awareness among hospital personnel.
• Ensure fire escape routes, exits, and designated assembly spots are consistently unobstructed and clearly accessible.
• Report any safety issues, equipment failures, or incidents to the Site Supervisor and the operational management team at Milesef.
• Collaborate effectively with hospital security and facility management during emergency situations.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

• Applicants must have completed a fireman course or equivalent fire safety training from an accredited institution, preferably MFS qualification.
• Physically capable of performing duties across various shifts, including night shifts as scheduled.
• Possess strong alertness, discipline, and remain composed under stressful conditions typical of hospital settings.
• Basic literacy skills to read and maintain logs in English, Hindi, or Marathi.
• Fresh graduates with certified fire safety training are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience at hospitals, shopping malls, high-rise buildings, or industrial complexes is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

• This is a full-time employment opportunity offering a fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹16,000 to ₹25,000.
