About the Role
Prudential HCL Health Insurance is launching a standalone Indian health insurance company aiming to meet the expanding healthcare needs of Indian consumers through a collaboration that leverages Prudential's global insurance expertise and HCL Group's technology and healthcare solutions. Joining this greenfield project, the Financial Planning Analyst plays a pivotal role in establishing robust financial processes for the growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities.
- Monitor actual financial outcomes versus plans and conduct detailed variance analyses to derive actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with business departments to ensure alignment of financial plans with revenue goals, cost controls, and growth objectives.
- Develop and track critical financial and operational KPIs to monitor performance.
- Identify potential risks, gaps, and opportunities that could affect business results.
- Support the preparation of monthly reviews and leadership reports by offering clear and concise insights.
- Enhance financial planning models, Management Information Systems (MIS), and reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA with a focus on Finance or Strategy.
- 3 to 7 years of relevant work experience in business planning, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or strategy roles.
- Strong expertise in financial analysis and forecasting techniques.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and business teams.

- Strong analytical and complex problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders.
